Anika Awasthi, Founder
When I started Grad Careers Coach over 10 years ago, I had no idea the journey it would take me on.
What I love most is supporting young international students and graduates at one of the most pivotal moments of their lives, when they want so much to build a career here in the UK. It is aspirational, it takes courage, and I feel lucky to be part of it.
I am proud of every single person who has come through our programme. Not just because they landed the job, but because of who they became along the way: a more polished, more confident version of themselves, with skills they carry for life. They learn to communicate with impact, to understand their own strengths, and to see the real value they bring to employers and to the world.
Alongside a team of coaches, I take students and graduates through a six-week programme that transforms the way they approach their job hunt.
Watching that transformation, again and again, is a true honour.
I don’t do this alone. I’m supported by a team of six coaches, all former hiring managers and graduate recruitment professionals who have sat on the other side of the interview table. They know first-hand what employers look for, and they bring that insight to every student we work with.
